Ski & Snowboard Program at Wachusett Mountain

• Online Registration Starts Monday, Nov. 6th at 8:00am .  This is a very popular program and will fill! 
• Important Registration Information: You are only registering and paying for a bus trip through Westborough Recreation. 
• After registering with us, you must IMMEDIATELY register online at www.wachusett.com/schoolgroups. To purchase lift tickets, lessons and/or rentals. USE CODE WBRSC. *Even if you already have a season pass you must log on and register. There will be a check box to select that you already have a season pass purchased. For best price on lift tickets, order by Dec. 1, 2023 *quantities limited. The ABSOLUTE last day to order your lift tickets is Dec. 15, 2023.
• Transportation is by motor coach bus, providing underneath storage for those bringing their own equipment. We depart Gibbons Middle School immediately after school.
• Chaperones: Chaperones are necessary in order for this program to run. Please consider helping! Chaperones will receive a FREE Lift Badge and FREE equipment rentals!
• Refunds: Westborough Rec can offer transportation refunds, in accordance with our refund policy. Lift tickets/lessons/rental refunds must be handled with Wachusett Mountain directly. Wachusett Mountain has their own refund policies and procedures.
• Absences:  If you miss a week, you will be given a transferable $20 coupon valid during the 2023-24 season to be used for lift tickets, equipment rental or lessons. These passes will be given to your child the following week or can be picked up in the Recreation office. Please notify the Rec Dept if you are going to be absent.
• Cancellations due to weather conditions:  cancellations of sessions may cause the program to run past February Vacation. Make-ups are not held during the vacation week. Extra days will be scheduled if a session has to be cancelled. If we cancel (due to weather) and Wachusett is open, the make ups for that session may not include lessons. If Wachusett Mountain cannot meet their obligation, transferable credit memos for use at Wachusett will be given based on a per day cost.
• PARTICIPANTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING SKI/BOARD EQUIPMENT ON THE SCHOOL BUS IN THE MORNING. Equipment drop off at Gibbons Middle School will be at the shed located in the parking lot between GMS and Armstrong Schools. The shed will be opened by Rec staff at 7:30 AM and will be locked when school starts.
• Please get a bag for your child's equipment and put their names on everything. Loose poles / skis need to be wrapped together if not in a bag.
