Kids! Fit for Life -Circut Training & Tools to Manage Stress

This is a safe, high-energy, and fun class for all kids between the ages of 7 and 10. Because of the small class size, each child gets individual attention and instruction.

Kids would move from one exercise to the next using fun equipment fun music learning all the components of fitness. At the end the kids will cool down and stretch with some yoga inspired stretches.

The goal for the program is to help kids think about (and experience) exercise in a way that encourages them to make fitness a part of their lives from an early age.
Emphasis on a number of approaches that the children can use when they’re experiencing unhealthy stress, like yoga-inspired breathing techniques and gentle stretching.
Each class is divided into four segments.

The class starts with a group warm-up exercise to get the kids ready to exercise safely. Then, we use music, some easy dance steps, and (optional) singing to help the kids ease into more rigorous exercise. Following that, we’ll do an exercise circuit that includes 5 – 6 simple, but very effective exercises. We finish each class with a cool down that includes easy yoga-inspired stretches that will help their flexibility.

The Kids! Fit for Life program is a safe, high-energy, and fun class for all kids between the ages of 7 and 10. Because I keep class size small, each child gets individual attention and instruction.
