At MindsetGo, we address more than just behavior; we shift mindsets. Our methodology is based on the concept that being a confident and skilled communicator is not exclusive to the way you talk, listen, or use body language. It’s also about having a growth mindset and critical self-awareness when reacting to various interactive life situations.

 Program Overview:
 
The vital ingredient for life success is mastering communications skills. In the era of phones and social media, face-to-face communication skills are decreasing and anxiety as well as lack of confidence is increasing. With confident and skilled verbal, non-verbal and listening skills, students  will thrive as happy, healthy and well-adjusted young adults when they feel confident to vocalize their ideas, solve conflicts, demonstrate emotional intelligence and actively listen. The best communicators know where to focus their energy and, maybe even more importantly, where not to…a critical dimension of Mindset Leader.  This four-week program trains students to become more confident and effective communicators.
 

Instructor Bios: 

Mark founded MindsetGo with the mission of training people of all ages to be more confident and skilled communicators. MindsetGo coaches connect immersive activities that mimic real-world challenges with experiences from school, home, and the workplace. His company is located in Westboro and his son attends Mill Pond School. He supports educators, parents, students, and other professionals who value his versatility and recognize him as a motivational trainer, creative problem-solver, and intuitive listener. Mark has over two decades of experience speaking and training on interpersonal disciplines including career and college readiness, self-advocacy, growth mindset, leadership, and student engagement. 


Janice joined MindsetGo with her passion for preventive maintenance; identifying and addressing the fundamental issues for people to create real change. The Body Mind Bottom Line program at MindsetGo is designed to engage people, build confidence, and teach mindful management for a more positive culture.  By using a holistic, proactive approach, Janice inspires people to identify solutions, replace habits, and achieve their goals.
